Recommendations for Dry Skin Care
- Showers of short duration using lukewarm water (not very hot) are best.
- Use mild soap sparingly in areas that are not dirty. Excess soap and scrubbing will remove natural oils from skin and cause dryness and itching.
- After each shower or bath, apply heavier cream to dryer patches of dry skin or eczema. Then apply moisturizer to the entire body.
- Your Physician may recommend a prescription cream for severe dry skin or eczema.

Betamide Lotion
Therapeutic product for dry skin. Betamide has two primary ingredients. Betamide has urea 25%. Urea penetrates the skin and ATTRACTS moisture, which is lacking in dry skin. Betamide also contains lactic acid which is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). Lactic Acid is a debrader. Lactic Acid will remove the old skin and calluses.
Del-Ray Rea Lo 40 Cream (40% Urea)
