Appointment Hours and Office Hours

We are available Monday through Friday with a variety of office hours. We have early and late clinic hours for your convenience. Our business office is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at (205) 933-0987 to assist you with appointment scheduling. When you call for an appointment, please be prepared to describe the nature of your problem so that our office staff may schedule you appropriately. We ask that you arrive in our office approximately ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that appropriate paperwork may be completed prior to your visit.

Telephone Calls and Prescriptions

Total Skin & Beauty Dermatology Center provides around-the clock, seven-days-a-week service for our patients in the event of an emergency. Our office staff is available to answer all patient questions during our regular office hours. We make every attempt to return every call as soon as possible. We are happy to refill routine prescriptions during our regular office hours. Our automated prescription mailbox allows you to request prescription refills 24 hours a day. For reasons of good clinical practice, prescriptions will not be refilled if the patient has not been seen in the office in the prior year. For many oral medications, the patient must have been seen in the last six months.
